Plotting the 3/4DVAR obs input data

1, Map.csh 

   Input data files: a) namelist.file to provide the map background
                                         information

                     b) OBSDATA is the 'obs_gts.ascii' to 3DVAR

   Output is a gmeta file

2, Dir_map is a directory containing the source code

3, include is a directory containing the include files

4, configure.user for both f77 and f90 code

5, Makefile

6, mapco.tbl is atable for color map background
